Q: Are you going out of business?
A: No. However, we have left the general chemicals industry and are dealing only with Vita‐D‐Chlor and associated dechlorination products.

Q: Can I place my order through your website?

Q: Is there a minimum order size or quantity?
A: We are happy to say that Integra Clear Co. has no minimum order requirements for regular orders. Special order items, custom items, and certain promotions may require minimums.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Terms of Net 30 days may be available upon approval of credit. Past due accounts are subject to interest charges.

Q: What are your general delivery times?
A: Orders for stock items are shipped the same day when possible. Delivery times and schedules depend on the shipping company transporting the goods. For orders shipped to the greater Seattle area, delivery is usually made by the next business day.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, we will gladly set your order aside for will call at our Kent, WA facility. However, we are not a retail outlet and cannot address walk-in sales. Please call us with your order and we will let you know when it will be available for pick up. You can also choose 'Pick Up' in our online store. We will process your order and you will receive an email notification when it is ready.

Q: My purchases are tax exempt. What do you need from me?
A: Please email us a copy of your tax exemption certificate or call our accounting department for informaton.
