A: We are not. However, we are leaving the general chemicals industry and will be focusing only on our dechlorination line of products – Vita-D-Chlor.
Q: Do you have a time frame set for shutting down the chemical side of things?
A: There is no firm date set. We expect to sell through remaining inventory by the end of 2022.

Q: Is there a minimum order size or quantity?
A: We are happy to say that Integra Clear has no minimum order requirements.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Terms of Net 30 days may be available upon approval of credit. Past due accounts are subject to interest charges.
Q: What if I am unable to find a product in your online inventory?
A: That most likely means it has been discontinued and we're out of stock. Give us a call at 253.479.7000 for the most up-to-date information.
Q: What are your general delivery times?
A: Orders for stock items are shipped the same day when possible. Delivery times and schedules depend on the shipping company transporting the goods. For orders shipped to the greater Seattle area, delivery is usually made by the next business day.
Q: Is it possible to have overnight or next day deliveries?
A: Yes, for non-hazardous materials. Due to shipping regulations, not all of our hazardous materials are shippable via air.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, we will gladly set your order aside for will call at our Kent, WA facility. However, we are not a retail outlet and cannot address walk-in sales. Please call us with your order and we will let you know when it will be available for pick up.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: Unfortunately, no. Integra Clear is not an exporter and cannot ship outside the United States.
Q: My purchases are tax exempt. What do you need from me?
A: Please email us a copy of your tax exemption certificate or call our accounting department for informaton.
Q: I need a certificate of analysis. Are they available on your website?
A: Unfortunately, no, our certificates of analysis are not available online. Please call us at 253.479.7000 with the product number and the lot number and we will gladly send you a copy of the CofA. You may also fax or e-mail your request with the product number and lot number to receive a copy of the CofA.
